DEVELOPER RESOURCES

Prepare your SDK evaluation.

Review the processing flow, the information needed for evaluation and the terms used on this site. SDK packages and version-specific API documents are provided after review.

Before an SDK evaluation

Provide the board model, Linux distribution, board support package (BSP), RKNN Runtime version, available memory and image format. State the expected video stream count, frames processed per second per stream, and the acceptance goals for the application.

  • Target board and runtime versions
  • Image resolution, frame processing rate and concurrency
  • Evaluation goals and acceptance criteria

Face feature extraction

Image or decoded video frame → face detection → face alignment → feature extraction → feature vector. Alignment uses the landmarks supported by the model. The package specifies preprocessing, output format and model version.

Body feature extraction

Image or decoded video frame → person detection → person region crop → feature extraction → feature vector. The package specifies the person class ID, preprocessing and feature vector format.

Integration materials

Version-specific API headers, sample code, model files and compatibility notes are supplied after review. Public downloads are not available for commercial SDKs or model packages.

GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to upload face or body images here?

No. The inquiry forms collect business and technical requirements only. Do not include biometric images, person databases, credentials or confidential training data.

Where are the benchmark numbers?

This website does not currently publish verified performance figures. During evaluation, we agree on the measurements and record the hardware, model version, input resolution and workload. Performance commitments require results under those stated conditions.

Is a usage-billed cloud API available?

This website presents locally deployed SDKs and engineering services. It does not provide an online inference endpoint or self-service usage billing. Cloud service requirements can be discussed separately; availability and scope must be confirmed.

What do “SDK” and “feature vector” mean?

A software development kit (SDK) contains libraries, interfaces, examples and documentation for integration into an application. A feature vector, also called an embedding, is a list of numbers representing features extracted from an image region. It is not a name or an identity record, and is not an attribute report.

How do evaluation, PoC and OEM licensing differ?

An evaluation license permits testing within the agreed time and device limits. A paid proof of concept (PoC) is a project to validate agreed technical objectives. OEM licensing covers agreed use of the SDK within a manufacturer’s own product. Testing or paying for a PoC does not automatically grant production or redistribution rights.

What are BSP, RKNN Runtime, ONVIF, RTSP and WebRTC?

BSP means board support package: board-specific system support, including boot configuration and hardware drivers. RKNN Runtime runs RKNN models on the target device. ONVIF is used for network video device interoperability, RTSP for video stream session control, and WebRTC for real-time media communication such as browser viewing. Required functions and device compatibility are checked for each project.
