Information collected
The form collects company name, contact name, email, country or region, the selected product or service, and a requirements message. Optional information includes company website, customer type, hardware, expected quantity, channels and performance targets, intended use, end user, budget and schedule. We also record the submission time, form language, submission page, available campaign information and privacy acknowledgment.
Purpose and access
Information is used to evaluate and respond to your request, prepare commercial discussions and record follow-up. Access is restricted to authorized administrators. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and retention
Inquiries are stored on the server configured by the website operator. They are retained while needed to handle the request and related business records. Request access, correction or deletion through the contact form or the published business email, identifying your inquiry reference.
Information you should not submit
Please do not include face or body photographs, biometric databases, model-training data, passwords, API keys or other sensitive material in your inquiry. The form has no file upload function. This website does not use third-party analytics scripts or marketing cookies.
Cookies and connection information
A cookie remembers a manually selected language for up to one year. An administrator login cookie expires within eight hours. No analytics cookie is set. The website temporarily processes IP addresses for request rate limiting and server-side statistics; complete IP addresses are not stored in the inquiry or analytics records. Hosting services and server logs may separately process connection information, including IP addresses.
Operator contact
Company information and the business email address are listed on the Company page. Use that email address or the inquiry form for questions about this notice. A successful form submission confirms that the inquiry was saved; it does not confirm that an email was sent.
Server-side website statistics
When enabled, statistics record visit time, page, approximate country or region, page language, estimated device and browser type, available referral URL, and campaign labels (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content). Referral URL query strings and fragments are removed. Other page query parameters and complete IP addresses are not stored in these records. Country is estimated using a database on the server, not GPS. The server derives a keyed identifier from the IP address and browser request information; the identifier changes daily and is used to estimate visitor counts. These statistics are not sent to an external analytics or geolocation service.
Statistics access, retention and choices
Statistics help improve the website and understand traffic sources. They are available only to authenticated administrators. The default retention window is 90 days; cleanup runs at startup and when new traffic is recorded on a new day. The operator can adjust retention or disable collection. Recognized bots, administrator pages, static assets, and requests declaring Do Not Track (DNT: 1) or Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC: 1) are excluded. The read-only design preview does not collect these statistics. Please keep personal information and credentials out of campaign labels.
Online demo links and click statistics
Online demo links open a separate experience platform in a new tab. Its features, language, login requirements and data-handling information are provided by that platform. The website does not pass inquiry content, photos or login credentials through these links. When website statistics are enabled, the website also records demo-link click time, button placement, page and language, using the same country, device, source and daily-changing identifier as visit statistics. The same retention period and DNT / GPC choices apply. A click does not confirm that the platform opened, a test was completed or an account was created. These website statistics do not collect uploads or test results from the platform.
