LICENSING

Start small. Build for production.

Evaluation, paid validation, production licensing and integration are different scopes. We agree on the stages needed for your project and list their fees and deliverables in the quotation.

Evaluation

After approval, a 30-day evaluation license is available for 1–3 agreed test devices at no license fee. We confirm the device environment and evaluation objectives first. This is a testing license, not a production or redistribution license.

  • Reviewed application
  • Defined evaluation package

Paid proof of concept (PoC)

From US$2,000 per project. A proof of concept (PoC) checks whether the proposed solution meets agreed technical goals. We define the tests, deliverables, schedule and acceptance criteria before work starts. A PoC fee does not automatically include production device licenses.

  • Agreed scope and timeline
  • Project-specific validation

OEM license

OEM licensing is for manufacturers integrating the SDK into their own products. We quote for the selected SDKs, licensed computing units and purchase quantities with a payment commitment. The agreement defines the permitted product and redistribution scope.

  • Face SDK, Body SDK or both
  • Licensed devices and activation conditions

Integration & support

Integration projects start at US$5,000. Maintenance and ongoing support are quoted according to the agreed coverage. Prices are in US dollars. The formal quotation states the device license fees, project fees, any support fees and applicable taxes; overlapping work is identified in the agreed scope.

Specifications and scope

One licensed device
One independent RK3588 computing unit for the agreed product model and software version. A device with multiple computing boards is quoted by computing unit.
Perpetual license
An activated device may keep running its licensed version. New devices require licenses. Future updates and maintenance are covered only as agreed in the contract.
Capacity
Video stream count, frames processed per second per stream and concurrency are confirmed through testing. A device license does not imply unlimited channels or processing capacity.
Purchase volume
Volume pricing uses committed paid quantities, not uncommitted forecasts
Maintenance
Coverage, duration, response and upgrade scope are specified in the contract

GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions

Does a device license include source code or technology transfer?

Integration sample code is included in the agreed SDK package. A standard device license does not include SDK implementation source code, model-training source code or transfer of the underlying technology. Any additional rights require a separate agreement.

Can I transfer a license to another board?

Board replacement, license transfer, offline activation and ongoing license checks are subject to the conditions agreed in the contract and delivery documentation. Confirm these requirements before choosing the deployment environment.

Will prices vary by country?

The public framework is in USD. Formal pricing depends on product, committed volume, delivery and channel terms. The website does not change its base prices by visitor country.
